Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, and we ask this of every new client. A consultation allows us to properly assess your skin's condition, tolerance, and goals, so that any treatment we recommend is genuinely right for you, rather than a guess.

1. Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?

2. Do you offer virtual consultations for clients outside Florida?

We do. Virtual consultations and product shipping are available to clients worldwide, with shipping fees varying by destination.

3. What happens during my consultation?

We take the time to understand your skin history, sensitivities, lifestyle, and current routine. From there, we build a strategy tailored specifically to your skin type and conditions.

4. How do I know what to book if I'm a new client?

Simply begin with a consultation. Once we've had a chance to properly evaluate your skin, we'll guide you toward the treatment and home care regimen best suited to your needs.

5. How much should I budget for my first visit?

Beyond the consultation, we recommend budgeting at least $350 for an initial home care regimen, though this may vary depending on what your skin requires.

6. Can you recommend products during a virtual consultation?

Absolutely. Product and routine guidance are included as part of every virtual consultation.

7. How should I prepare for my first appointment?

We ask that you arrive with a bare face whenever possible, and bring a list of the products you're currently using at home, skincare, supplements, hair and body care, makeup, and medications.

We recommend allowing at least 14 days. Certain treatments involve a period of visible peeling or redness, and this time allows your skin to fully settle beforehand. CO2Lift is the only treatment we'd recommend the day of an event itself.

8. How many days before an event should I plan my treatment?

9. Can treatments be combined in the same visit?

In many cases, yes. Enhancements such as LED therapy, CO2Lift, and AnteAGE exosomes can often be added to a single session. We'll be happy to advise what pairs well for your skin during your consultation.

Most treatments involve only mild warmth, pressure, or tingling. Extractions may bring brief discomfort, but we'll always walk you through what to expect before we begin. This is not a relaxation clinic. It's a treatment and results-driven one.

10. Do treatments hurt?

11. Are treatments safe for sensitive or reactive skin?

Yes. Every protocol is thoughtfully adjusted to accommodate your skin's current sensitivity and reactivity.

12. What if I have active breakouts right now?

Please don't let that hold you back. Active acne is not a barrier to beginning treatment, it's simply where we start.

This depends on the treatment. CO2Lift shows visible change right after treatment. Peels often show change within days. Microneedling results are best seen after about a month. The Clear Skin Method is designed to deliver lasting correction over 3 to 4 months.

13. How long until I see results?

With Cosmelan and chemical peels, some visible peeling in the days that follow is expected, a normal part of how these treatments work. Microneedling may leave the skin slightly red or sensitive for 24 to 48 hours. We'll always provide guidance specific to your treatment. One thing worth knowing: adding CO2Lift to your protocol can meaningfully shorten your recovery time.

14. What does recovery look like after treatments?

It depends on the treatment, but the general guidelines are:

  • Don't pick, squeeze, or unnecessarily touch your skin.

  • No makeup for a full day.

  • No intense workouts, saunas, or hot showers.

  • Sleep on a fresh, clean pillowcase to avoid transferring bacteria.

  • Use only mild, gentle, simple, hydrating, fragrance-free products.

  • Pause all retinoids, vitamin C, and physical or chemical exfoliants (AHAs/BHAs) until your skin feels completely calm.

  • Apply a broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30 or higher daily. Freshly treated skin burns and damages much more easily.

15. What is the post-treatment care?

16. Why do you recommend packages?

A single session can start a process, but it rarely completes one. Most of what we treat, acne, pigmentation, texture, collagen loss, develops over months or years, so skin needs repeated, consistent stimulation to actually change. Packages are built around how many sessions your specific concern needs to respond, not an arbitrary number.
